Shipping & Returns
- ZAK Body Care ships orders Monday - Friday.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order.
- We do not profit through our shipping costs, we charge a minimal handling charge on top of the already discounted USPS shipping fees.
- Your package will arrive within 3-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges:
- If our products do not meet your full satisfaction, ZAK BODY CARE will accept unused and unopened products within 30 days for a full refund – including all taxes paid. Used products that have been opened and are therefore unable to be resold can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@ZAKBody.com. Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs). All sale items are final sale.
- When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately via email us at info@ZAKbody.com. Please provide your order number when you email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
